Hi my name is Keely! I am a Bay Area native who played college soccer at Cal Berkeley and then took my 5th year to play at USC and get my Masters. My final season at Cal I scored 11 goals as a midfielder and was named to the All Pac12 and All Region teams. After college I went and played professionally in Europe and then briefly with Angel City FC and Oakland Soul. Now I work as a coach and a sports broadcaster - if you watch any bay area college soccer you might recognize my voice! I have a huge passion for individual training as my private trainers were some of the most influential people in my life and the lessons they taught me on and especially off the field still guide me to this day! I was never one of the biggest or strongest player so being as skilled as possible and reading the game to my highest ability were always top priorities so I love being able to share my insights with the next generation of players. I also picked up a new hobby this year - beach soccer! I recently joined a professional beach soccer team who I've been traveling the country with competing so I'm looking forward to continuing to be a part of the beautiful game in new ways!!

Having played at a high level myself, I understand the demands, pressure, and commitment it takes to compete and grow in this sport. My experience on the field gives me firsthand insight into what players need technically, mentally, and emotionally to reach the next level. My goal is to help athletes develop into complete competitors — strong in their fundamentals, resilient in adversity, and grounded in who they are beyond the game.
